01. How can I change my details?

02. How can I obtain copies of documents?

03. How can I request a change in the contract terms (payment schedule, mileage limit, increase in installments, change in due date)?

04. How can I transfer a contract?

Assignment of a contract is a transfer of rights and obligations from the company that signed the contract (Assignor) to the company that wants to take over the lease or rental (Assignee). In addition to the “Assignor” and the “Assignee”, DTFS will also sign the assignment contract – this is a tripartite contract. Please note that the contract cannot be assigned if there are arrears on the contract, if the leasing installments have not been paid. Assignment involves additional costs according to the Fee Schedule. If you want to assign the contract, please fill out the Contract Assignment Application and contact customer service at:

05. Is prepayment of installments possible?

Overpayments will be withheld until the next due date for installments or other payments under the Agreement or the GTC or, upon the Client's written request, returned to the bank account specified by the Client in the application in the event that there are no overdue receivables. Overpayments will not bear interest.

06. What is the maximum financing period?

Ask your Daimler Truck & Bus Slovakia sales consultant for information.

07. What is the maximum age of a vehicle that can be financed?

The maximum age of the vehicle (from the date of registration + financing period) is:
72 months for trucks
120 months for buses
60 months for trucks and trailers from other manufacturers. All vehicles must meet at least the EURO 6c emission standard.

08. Is financing available for start-ups?

This is possible, each case is assessed individually.

09. How can I file a complaint ?

You can file a complaint in two ways:

In writing - delivered directly or by mail to the address of the company 's registered office : ul . Aurela Stodolu 6451/2, Senec. Slovakia ( with the note " Complaint " )
We will send you a written response to your complaint to your postal address or electronically if you have chosen this method of contact in your complaint.

10. Can I terminate the contract early ?

Yes, it is possible to terminate the contract early, but this is not always possible due to legal requirements. Early termination may result in additional costs. Please read the terms and conditions and the fee schedule or contact customer service at: info-dtfssk@daimlertruck.com

11. What is the process for terminating a contract?

12. What should I do if I have a problem with payment ?

13. How does the vehicle return process work?

For instructions on returning the vehicle, please contact our customer service department at info-dtfssk@daimlertruck.com (60 days before the end of the contract.

14. Where can I find information about additional fees?

Information about fees can be found in the Fee Schedule, which is an annex to the financing agreement.

15. How can I check the status of my payment?

16. Can I lease a vehicle financed by DTFS to another entity?

This is possible, subject to approval by DTFS. Each case is assessed individually. Subleasing requires the preparation of an addendum to the contract. If you wish to do so, please contact our customer service department at: info-dtfssk@daimlertruck.com

17. How can I get a refund in case of total damage?

The excess compensation will be returned after DTFS receives the insurance claim amount from the insurance company and after the final settlement of the contract (in accordance with the provisions of the contract).

18. Where can I find the Fees Table?

The fee schedule is part of the contractual documentation and can also be found in the Documents tab.

19. Who is the controller of my personal data?
